1. Eligibility
To register and use the yyyph platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the service:
- You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. yyyph strictly prohibits access by minors and will take immediate action — including account suspension and fund forfeiture — if underage use is detected.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming of this nature is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing yyyph is legal in your specific location.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by yyyph or any gaming authority.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
- You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction.
yyyph takes age verification seriously. We may ask you to submit government-issued identification at any time to confirm your eligibility. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification.
2. Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) yyyph account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any balances.
2.1 Accurate Information
When registering with yyyph, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information required during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
2.2 Account Security
Your yyyph account credentials — including your username and password — are your responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone. yyyph will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact yyyph support immediately.
2.3 Account Verification (KYC)
yyyph is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process may require you to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. We process all verification documents as quickly as possible, typically within 24 to 48 business hours.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the yyyph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). yyyph supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, and Mastercard.
3.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on yyyph is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account in real time for most e-wallet methods. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. yyyph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
3.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed by yyyph as promptly as possible. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals can only be sent to payment methods verified as belonging to the account holder.
- Accounts must complete KYC verification before withdrawals above ₱10,000 are processed.
- Any bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
- yyyph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests as part of our fraud prevention obligations.
Note: yyyph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method you use to deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits from other people's GCash or bank accounts will be reversed and the account may be suspended.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
yyyph offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The general provisions in this section apply to all yyyph bonuses unless stated otherwise.
4.1 Wagering Requirements
Most yyyph bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page — we do not hide them.
4.2 Bonus Eligibility
Welcome bonuses are available to new yyyph members only. Each eligible player may claim a welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once using multiple accounts is considered a violation of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and account suspension.
4.3 Promotion Validity
All yyyph promotions have a specified validity period. Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not met within the stated period will expire automatically. yyyph will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
4.4 yyyph's Right to Modify Promotions
yyyph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of any changes. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated on the promotion page.
5. Gameplay Rules
All games offered on the yyyph platform use certified technology. Random Number Generator (RNG) games are audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness. Live dealer games are operated by licensed providers under established gaming standards.
5.1 Bet Limits
Each game on yyyph has minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the game interface. yyyph reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. In exceptional circumstances — such as technical issues or irregular betting patterns — yyyph may void bets and return stakes to players.
5.2 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or system error during gameplay, the affected round or game session may be voided by yyyph. In cases where reconstruction is not possible, bets placed during the affected period will be refunded to your account balance.
5.3 Sports and Esports Betting
For sports betting (including PBA betting) and esports betting on yyyph, the settlement of bets is based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body or tournament organiser. In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or cancelled event, yyyph's specific sports betting rules will apply and are available on the relevant game pages.

6. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the yyyph platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Using the yyyph platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to hack, exploit, or interfere with the yyyph platform's systems or software.
- Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods to fund your yyyph account.
- Providing false identification or impersonating another person.
- Abusing the customer support system through harassment, threats, or deliberate misrepresentation of facts.
- Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing others to use your yyyph account.
yyyph employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor all accounts for suspicious activity. If unusual patterns are detected, we may place your account under review and temporarily restrict access while the investigation is conducted.
7. Privacy and Data
yyyph is committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected during registration and throughout your use of the platform is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the yyyph Privacy Policy.
yyyph collects personal data solely for the purposes of operating the platform, verifying your identity, processing transactions, and communicating with you about your account and promotions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Suspension and Termination
yyyph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time for the following reasons, among others:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or criminal conduct.
- Failure to complete required identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period.
- Reasonable suspicion of account sharing or use by an ineligible person.
- A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement.
In cases of suspension for non-fraudulent reasons, yyyph will aim to give reasonable notice before taking action and will explain the reason for the suspension. Legitimate account balances will be returned to the player following investigation, subject to any deductions permitted under these Terms.
Players may also voluntarily close their yyyph account at any time by contacting support. Existing balances will be returned to your verified payment method following a standard review process.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yyyph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, network outages, or third-party service failures outside yyyph's direct control.
yyyph's total liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits yyyph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death and personal injury caused by yyyph's negligence.
11. Amendments to These Terms
yyyph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the yyyph platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may close your account before the effective date and receive your balance back subject to the standard withdrawal process.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the yyyph platform and online gaming services in the relevant jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through yyyph's internal dispute resolution process before any external action is taken.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within a reasonable period, the matter may be referred to the relevant gaming authority or arbitration body as appropriate. Players retain their rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
